This isn’t about spending an hour at the gym or trying to do complex moves with toddlers climbing on your back. This is about:

Place the band above your knees. Do a basic squat, hold at the bottom, pulse 3 times, stand up.

3. Glute Bridges with Band
Lie on your mat, band above knees, lift your hips, squeeze your glutes.
4. Overhead Shoulder Press with Dumbbells
Push weights straight up, bring back down to shoulder level.
5. Side Leg Raises with Band
Stand or lie on your side, lift leg up using resistance of the band. Switch legs on next round.
