The Bigbreathe Double Action V-PEP/IMT is a breathing trainer that helps with easier mucus removal and improves lung capacity. It strengthens your diaphragm and expands your lungs during inhalation. During exhalation, a vibrating ball inside the device helps clear mucus and phlegm from your throat.
Adjustable Resistance | There are 9 levels of resistance that have different air pressure values. You can choose any level you want only by turning the pressure control device left/right. Bigger number means higher resistance. You can increase lung capacity and strengthen respiratory muscles step by step.
Vibrating Balls Included | This device comes with four balls: two larger ones and two smaller ones. This variety allows users of all ages and strengths to find a suitable option. When you place a ball in the device and exhale, it oscillates and vibrates against the chest wall, helping to easily remove mucus and phlegm.
Easy to Use & Clean | To use, set the resistance level, place the mouthpiece in your mouth, and breathe in and out for 3-5 seconds each. For best results, use the device for 30 minutes a day. To clean, detach the mouthpiece, pressure device, cap, and vibration balls, and rinse them with water. Ensure all parts are thoroughly dried to prevent rusting of the spring inside the pressure device. For detailed cleaning instructions, refer to the instructional video.
