🛒 Ingredients:
- 1 cup Shredded rotisserie chicken
- 4 cups Egg noodles
- 1 bag frozen mixed veggies
- 1 can condensed soup (use 2 if you want it extra creamy 👀)
- ½ stick butter
- ½ onion, chopped
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- Onion powder (to taste)
- Garlic powder (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
👩🍳 Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté chopped onions and Shredded chicken until soft and slightly golden.
- In a large bowl, combine:
- Cooked noodles
- Mixed veggies (no need to thaw!)
- Sautéed Chicken and onions
- Add in:
- Condensed soup
- Ranch dressing
- Onion powder + garlic powder
- Sugar
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Now add the Cheddar Cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
