Here’s a quick, do-anywhere routine you can squeeze in before the baby wakes up, during nap time, or while your little ones play (or, let’s be real, while they destroy the living room).

⏳ Set a timer for 10 minutes and do:

  • Squats (45 sec) – Because mom life = constant bending and picking things up.
