🛒 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 4 cups Egg noodles
  • 1 bag frozen mixed veggies
  • 1 can condensed soup (use 2 if you want it extra creamy 👀)
  • ½ stick butter
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • Onion powder (to taste)
  • Garlic powder (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese

👩‍🍳 Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté chopped onions and Shredded chicken until soft and slightly golden.
  4. In a large bowl, combine:
    • Cooked noodles
    • Mixed veggies (no need to thaw!)
    • Sautéed Chicken and onions
  5. Add in:
    • Condensed soup
    • Ranch dressing
    • Onion powder + garlic powder
    • Sugar
