Leovqn period swimwear can be worn alone at the beginning or towards the end of your cycle when the flow is light. For regular or heavy flow, we recommend wearing them together with pads or tampons for extra protection.

Can I swim on my period?

Yes, you can swim on your period! Our period swimwear is designed specifically for water activity. Our built-in absorbent liner has leak-proof technology and there is no swelling in the water.

How should I wash my menstrual swim bottoms?

Hand or machine washable at 30 to 40 degrees (we recommend 30 degrees as it is better for the environment!) . We recommend not using fabric softener as it can form a coating on the fabric and reduce its absorbency.
